Another Success

Each year Princeton Latin Academy, a small independent private school rooted in a classical liberal arts education tucked beyond the trees on Route 518 in Hopewell, performs an original theatrical work-- an opera.

2011 Princeton Latin Academy Spelling Bee ChampionOur 6th Grader takes a shot
at the 2011 Times Spelling Bee

Helen Wittenborn (Allentown, NJ), a 6th grader at Princeton Latin Academy, won our school's spelling bee, held on Valentine's Day, on the word "euphoria", a word that best described her mood that day. She represented PLA at the Times' 2011 Spelling Bee. Although she did not advance onto the Scripps National Spelling, she held her own for many rounds. Congratulations, Helen!
