About
Princeton Latin Academy, located on the property of Rambling Pines, a quarter mile east of the junction of Route 31 and Route 518 in Hopewell, New Jersey, offers a coeducational, nondenominational K-8 classical education. It was founded in 1988 by Francesco Perrulli with only 21 students. Over the past 23 years, the Academy has graduated over 114 students, many of whom have attended local private high schools, such as the Pennington School, Solebury, the Hun School, Lawrenceville Prep, Princeton Day School, George School and many others.
In 2002, at the request of former students dissatisfied with their high-school experiences, Francesco Perrulli opened Princeton Science Academy, a 9-12 program. In the nine years since its inception, Princeton Science Academy has graduated 16 students, all of whom, except one, were accepted to their top college choices. The single student, seeking a different path, is now running an organic farm in Stockton, New Jersey. The high school prides itself on helping students find their place in the world.
